Witch Hats with Reese's Cups

Here is a super, super fast craft for you today! Witch hats made with Reese's Peanut Butter cups.

Instructions:
Cut 3 5/8 inch circles. I don't have the coluzzle - I use the EK Success Circle Cutter.

Cut each circle straight down the center, so you have 2 half circles.
Each half circle will become the top to a witch hat (2 witch hats per circle). Make the half circle into a cone and fit it over the Reese's Peanut Butter Cup. There is no exact science to it. You really have to adjust the circle as you go along, until you get a good fit over the candy. Use red sticky tape along the side to adhere. Don't use snail, or they will pop open later.
Place 3 small glue dots around the top side of the Reese's candy, so the hat will stick on it when you put it on.
Punch out some scallop circles with your scallop punch. These are the base (rim of the hat).
Place 2 dimensionals on the bottom of the Reese's cup. Attach the bottom to the scallop circle.

You can tie a ribbon around them as well. I've seen this done, and it looks cute, but I had a very hard time with the ribbon. So, I chose to leave the ribbon off the hats. Enjoy!

Cardstock: Black linen, DSP from Recollections (Michael's)
Other: Scallop Punch, Red sticky tape, small glue dots, dimensionals, circle cutter
