In "Living the Good Life" (Body + Soul Magazine, Dec. 2007), it stated "We asked our most trusted experts to share their best tips for living a healthier, saner, and more satisfying life." One of the key points in the article was to GET CREATIVE. "Write down the things you love, whether it's painting, singing, scrapbooking, or interior design. Next, force yourself to find some quiet time where your brain can empty out." EXPRESS YOURSELF. "Find some time every day to let your inner artist emerge, whether you're a born Picasso or not."
